PGI uses an insulating glass “Super Spacer,” made of non-metallic material, as a secondary sealant. We carry Super Spacer in gray and black for 3/8 and 1/2 inch, and in black for 3/4 inch. This high-quality sealant ensures the structural integrity of our units, even in challenging conditions, and significantly reduces energy expenses. We back these sealants with a 10-year limited warranty.

To improve your environment’s security, comfort, and energy efficiency, we offer Guardian SunGuard coated glass products. Filling the space between the glass panes with insulating gas such as argon produces even better results. Low-E glass is designed to reduce harmful ultraviolet light, improve energy efficiency, and save on annual heating and cooling costs. With Low-E glass and argon gas, you can create a more comfortable and energy-efficient indoor environment.

Our insulated glass units come in a range of dimensions, from a minimum of 14 x 14 to a maximum of 108 x 194. We also offer custom sizes for specific requests. Additionally, we can provide custom window notches, mail slots, and shapes such as arch top, full round, half round, rectangle, trapezoid, quarter round, and triangle.
